MANAGED SERVICES

In the Data Center there are typically multiple service providers, with different contracts at varying service levels.
We reduce the complexity and overhead of managing multiple support contracts by providing a single point of contact.
This offers the benefit of a Single Point Of Contact for: incidents, service management, service delivery and contract management.
DCS offers a basic managed service called the “SPOC” service. This service provides a single point of contact service for our customers.
Part of this service is the service desk, customer information guide and problem management. This service can be enhanced with specific services as change management and pro-active management.
Present DCS managed services is focused on:
• Managed data protection services for backup&restore (EMC Legato Networker, IBM TSM, HP dataprotector, Symantec Netbackup and backup Exec, CA Brightstore and Atempo TINA)
• Managed SAN storage services for EMC, HP and IBM SAN storage hardware and CISCO, Brocade SAN switches.
